How commissions work
Commissions
Send me a message with your idea for the painting. Once we agree on size, idea and time 50% will be paid. I’ll sketch it simply for you, if you approved I’ll start painting. When the Painting is done and ready to ship an invoice for the other 50% plus shipping and handling cost will be send.
Process time is 1-3 weeks.

I was born in Arequipa southern city in Peru. When I was 10 years old I took summer painting classes, in my first class I was promoted to the adult classes, unfortunately I couldn’t continue during the year, but I kept drawing and painting during school, when started college and work I stopped painting and years later when I move to the States to my beautiful New Orleans that now I live with all my heart, my husband gave me a easel so started painting again. I started painting full time in 2018 getting inspired for this beautiful city. Now I use the local newspaper as a canvas and show historic news and a little bit of Nola through my eyes. I use acrylics on canvas. My latest projects have expand into acrylics on newspaper. The idea manifests in my own individual style, showing the name of the city, some important news and the date of the newspaper. I paint on the first page of “The times Picayune”.

The culture and architecture of New Orleans invite me to paint, it’s impossible not paint about it!
I paint with the heart, my paintings are done when I’m happy and I feel to paint about that specific theme, I’m open to commissions and I like to know about the history behind each painting.
